Please send us your proof of payment as soon as possible. A proof of payment is a copy of your bank statement showing that the amount has been debited. The proof of payment must meet the following requirements: your account number; the amount transferred; the account number to which the payment has been transferred; the date of payment; description or payment reference of the payment. Use the contact form to send your proof of payment.

Then we ask you to return the letter to Bos Incasso as soon as possible. Write on the envelope 'Return sender'. It is possible that the previous occupant is still registered at your address. Check with the municipality whether this person is still registered at this address. This also prevents other organizations from knocking on your door.
